Mr. Lanyoya, a Gulu district official, ceremoniously hands a net to the Ag District Director of Health Services (DDHS) from the Anaka hospital. In a very humorous speech, the Chief Administrative Officer handed over the nets with clear instructions that Ag DDHS should ensure they reach their beneficiaries (women) in the camp.
